Marta is a senior leader in digital health and currently serves as the General Manager of the physiotherapy programme at Sword Health. She leads Strategy, Operations, Growth, and Product for the physiotherapy programme. Marta also previously led Sword's mental health programme and physiotherapy programme.
As a founding team member at Sword, Marta has played a central role in the company's growth from early hypergrowth to global industry leader. She brings a strong passion for continuous innovation and a relentless focus on improving the member's healthcare experience
Experience
Earlier in her tenure, Marta served as Chief of Staff, working closely with the CEO on company-wide strategy, execution, and organisational alignment. In that role, she supported cross-functional priorities and operational execution during key phases of growth.
Across her leadership roles as General Manager of the mental health programme, physiotherapy programme, and musculoskeletal physiotherapy programme, Marta has led large, cross-functional teams and successfully driven the execution of Sword's revolutionary AI Care model to deliver measurable clinical and commercial outcomes on a global scale.
