Marta is a senior leader in digital health and currently serves as the General Manager of Thrive at Sword Health. She leads Strategy, Operations, Growth, and Product for Thrive. Marta also previously led Sword’s Bloom and Move programs.
As a founding team member at Sword, Marta has played a central role in the company’s growth from early hypergrowth to global industry leader. She brings a strong passion for continuous innovation and a relentless focus on improving the member's healthcare experience
Experience
Earlier in her tenure, Marta served as Chief of Staff, working closely with the CEO on company-wide strategy, execution, and organizational alignment. In that role, she supported cross-functional priorities and operational execution during key phases of growth.
Across her leadership roles as General Manager of Bloom, Move, and Thrive, Marta has led large, cross-functional teams and successfully driven the execution of Sword's revolutionary AI Care model to deliver measurable clinical and commercial outcomes on a global scale.
