Determine the best care path. Our clinical triage process gets members to the right program for them and their goals.
Meet Personal Trainer
Members are matched with their Personal Trainer. Members are matched based on their preferences, health needs, goals and lifestyle.

Members get to know their Personal Trainer and connect their wearable device. Members share their personal concerns, goals, and availability. Member completes a short physical assessment to establish a baseline.

Members receive weekly programs and begin moving. The Personal Trainer delivers weekly programs. Every day, members will complete activity goals and collect rewards for their progress.
