Before Sword, Akshat built a strong foundation across consulting, payer, and actuarial organizations, including Deloitte, Quartz Health Solutions, Archway Health, and Milliman. Across these roles, he developed broad experience in health plan strategy, actuarial analytics, and value-focused healthcare modeling, which now informs his leadership in health economics and ROI at scale.

Akshat earned a BBA in Actuarial Science and Finance, Investment, and Banking from the Wisconsin School of Business, graduating with distinction.
