Education
Carolina is an affiliated professor at the University of Porto, bridging real-world clinical practice with academic leadership. She earned her MD from ICBAS and completed specialty training in Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine. She has pursued advanced postgraduate training spanning musculoskeletal and sports medicine, pain-focused interventions, and human performance in demanding environments, including training through NASA - UTMB and European Astronaut Center in aerospace medicine.
Carolina has also shared exchanges in MSK rehabilitation in New Zealand and at the Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) in New York.
