Cory Good leads Sword Health’s public sector business, bringing our AI Care platform to government employers and the populations they serve. With more than 25 years of sales leadership across HR, enterprise tech, and healthcare, Cory specialises in building commercial organisations in markets where long-term relationships, institutional trust, and evidence-backed value determine outcomes.
Public sector employees carry a disproportionate MSK burden, often with fewer care options and less consistent access than their private sector counterparts. Cory has spent his career building the trust needed for government and public sector buyers to commit to implementing high-value solutions at scale. That same discipline now applies to making AI Care accessible to the people who need it most.
He is the recipient of ten President’s Club Awards across his career, as well as earning the ADP Decathlon Award, recognised by peers and operations executives for exceptional partnership and leadership. Both were earned across a career spent building public sector sales organisations from the ground up.
Education
Cory holds a BA in Business Administration from Goshen College. He is a graduate of the ADP Executive Management Program and Leadership Northwest Indiana, and serves as President of the Board for First Contact of Porter County, a non-profit organisation serving his local community.
Experience
At Sword Health, Cory leads the effort to bring AI Care to public sector employers across the United States. Before joining Sword, he was Vice President, Public Sector at HealthEquity from 2022 to 2025, leading sales strategy for high-value public sector accounts. Prior to HealthEquity, he held SVP and DVP roles at [24]7.ai, where he built new sales organisations and launched new commercial offerings in enterprise customer experience technology.
Cory spent over a decade at ADP in successive vice president roles, including VP of Vertical Solutions leading the Government, Education, and Healthcare division for the US, Division VP of Strategic Initiatives covering North American sales across HR-BPO and public sector, and VP of Sales for Government and Education at ADP National Accounts, where he started the company’s first vertical sales organisation in that segment. Earlier in his career, he served as Senior Vice President at Simmers Capital Management.
