At Sword Health, Dr. Megan Hill serves as Director of Clinical Specialists, leading a global team of physical therapists who deliver personalized, evidence-based care through Sword’s digital platform. She ensures that Sword’s commercial and clinical teams uphold the highest standards of quality and accuracy in all client-facing communication.

Dr. Hill established the role of Commercial Clinical Specialist as one of the earliest members of the Sword go-to-market organization in 2020. Dr. Hill developed this team at scale, pioneering Sword's internal sales university program to facilitate the transition of clinical employees to sales roles. This team guides members through digital MSK-care programs, provides clinical expertise for our commercial team, and helps decision makers understand how Sword can help their people and business.

With hundreds of physical therapist subject matter experts now working under her leadership, Dr. Hill has overseen extroadinary business growth in her tenure as Sword's valuation has soared from $40 million to over $4 billion.

Education

Dr. Hill earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Illinois at Chicago and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Duke University. Her education reflects a strong foundation in both the science of movement and the psychology of behavior change, a combination that shapes her holistic approach to rehabilitation.

Dr. Hill’s career began after a personal experience with injury recovery inspired her to pursue physical therapy.
