Through this partnership, Desjardins plan members can now access Sword’s programs Thrive and Bloom, each designed to treat musculoskeletal (MSK) and pelvic health conditions from the comfort of home. Members can enroll directly through a dedicated site, where they will complete a brief onboarding form to give their physiotherapist better background on their health and recovery targets. This streamlined approach eliminates traditional barriers to care and gives members greater flexibility in how and when they engage with treatment. No referral will be required.

MSK and pelvic health issues are two of Canada’s most widespread and under-treated conditions. Limited in-person capacity and long wait times mean many millions of people go without care.
