Lauren Becker is Regional Vice President of Enterprise Employer Sales at Sword Health, where she helps enterprise organizations implement Sword solutions to improve health outcomes while reducing MSK costs. Her deep understanding of the healthcare industry has been developed on the back of a Master’s degree in Clinical Exercise Physiolog and a long career working in commercial and clinical teams. This unique background allows her to trun complex healthcare solutions into practical commercial programs that deliver immediate measurable impact for Sword's employer clients. Lauren works closely with benefits leaders to bring Sword’s clinically validated, AI-powered care solutions to their employees—helping them build healthier, more productive workforces.
Education
Lauren earned a Master’s degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology and a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Georgia. She also holds WellCert Level 1 and Level 2 certifications from the Chapman Institute, qualifying her as a Certified Wellness Program Coordinator and Manager (CWPC, CWPM). Her academic and professional training give her a unique perspective on the intersection of health science and organizational wellbeing.

Lauren brings over a decade of experience leading teams across different organizational departments including sales, client success, and wellness operations. This gives Lauren a well-rounded insight into the industry and a strong understanding of the challenges that employers face in providing effective benefits offerings for their workforce. Before joining Sword, she held leadership roles in employer health and wellness, driving growth and engagement through data-informed program design and trusted client relationships. Her background spans both clinical and commercial settings, where she has combined evidence-based insights with strategic partnership to create scalable, high-value health programs. A passionate advocate for employee wellbeing, Lauren is also a WELCOA Faculty awardee, recognized for her contributions to workplace wellness.
