Morgan Hollis, MS, RDN

Experience

Morgan has spent her career at the intersection of clinical nutrition and the systems that make behavior change actually stick. She began in direct patient care, developing expertise in chronic disease management, dietary intervention, and lifestyle medicine, then moved into building programs that translate that clinical knowledge into scalable practice.

Her commercial background includes leadership roles at Aduro and Arivale, where she worked across team leadership, behavior change program design, and product development in fast-moving digital health environments. Throughout, her focus has remained consistent: closing the gap between what the evidence supports and what people can realistically sustain.

At Sword, Morgan leads the clinical development of Pulse, working across research, product, data science, and commercial teams to build a cardiometabolic care model grounded in what the literature actually supports and designed to produce measurable outcomes at scale.

Education

Morgan holds a master's degree in Nutrition and Physical Performance from Saint Louis University, where her research examined how dietary composition influences metabolic and physical performance outcomes. As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, she brings both scientific depth and practical experience to the challenge of building care programs that work in the real world, not just in controlled conditions.
