Morgan has led initiatives in both traditional and digital healthcare environments, designing models of care that translate evidence into scalable clinical practice.
Morgan's commercial experience spans leadership roles in fast-paced wellness startups like Aduro and Arivale, where she developed strong expertise in team leadership, coaching, and product development.
Morgan's clinical leadership has given her strong experience working with cross-functional teams of researchers, clinicians, data scientists, commercial teams, and product leaders to translate academic insight into results in practice.
Experience
Morgan Hollis holds advanced degrees in Clinical Strategy and Health Systems Management, with a focus on digital health transformation and program evaluation. Her academic work explored how data and clinical collaboration can improve care quality and efficiency. Morgan also holds a Master's in Nutrition and Physical Performance from Saint Louis University, where she conducted research on the impact of ketogenic diets on anaerobic exercise. Morgan is still a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, and she brings this holistic approach to for healthcare to Sword's Move program.
