We are looking for a QA Analyst to join our Growth team. You will collaborate closely with several departments to execute and validate test cases per quality requirements and suggest modifications to specified quality standards. You will be responsible for ensuring the finished product satisfies the quality requirements and is fully functional and user-friendly.

What you’ll be doing:
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and execute QA test plans that improve quality by design.
- Develop, implement and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures.
- Test software products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Identify defects and track issues through resolution.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure that quality standards are met.
- Document testing results and report on defects to the development team.
- Creating and maintaining documentation and tutorials.
- Proactively and clearly reports status and quality risks to partners and team for the work that the engineer directly owns and it's able to leverage basic quality metrics effectively when doing this.
What you need to have:
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a QA Analyst.
- Experience in testing Web software and APIs.
- Experience in test case design, creation, execution, and report.
- Exposure to some tools like Postman, JIRA, Git, Xray, Jenkins.
- Solid knowledge in software testing.
- Good analysis, organization, communication, and teamwork skills.
- A dynamic and critical spirit.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Ability and eagerness to learn.
- Autonomy and initiative.
- Passion for developing novel and unique systems that have a direct impact in people’s lives.
- Natural leadership, winning personality and a drive to disrupt.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- QA certification or equivalent accreditation (e.g. ISTQB).
- Experience with usability testing.

Total compensation range
€23,377 - €36,735 a year
*This range includes base, variable and equity
