Women shouldn’t have to suffer in silence from pelvic health issues.
We developed Bloom to connect millions of women with clinical-grade pelvic health care, accessible from anywhere, at any time.
The program
The combination of individualized care from Pelvic Health Specialists, the Bloom Pod, and the Bloom app provides real-time progress and results.
Pelvic Health Specialists (PHS)
Our Pelvic Health Specialists all have Doctor of Physical Therapy degrees. They create unique, clinical-grade programs tailored for each member depending on the member’s conditions and life stages.
Sword Health App
The app guides members through their pelvic floor muscle exercise program, allowing them to track their progress. It also provides access to educational resources that focus on behavior change and habit formation.
Bloom Pod
The intravaginal device tracks pelvic floor muscle contraction and relaxation, offering real-time feedback and results to members through the app.

Sword Predict
Improve ROI with Predict
The first AI engine built to detect the members at highest risk for avoidable pelvic surgery and treat them in less invasive and expensive ways.

So I just have to share - I ran. On the treadmill both Friday and Saturday. 3 miles Saturday - no leaking. This was after I had 2 cups of coffee. I cannot recall the last time this happened. I didn’t leak either on Friday - and it was in the evening. After I had been drinking water all day.
I will say that I didnt have to change my pad at all yesterday. That is a huge success because I usually have to change it at least a couple of times and on a bad day up to ten times.
I will say I believe my bowel movements have been more regular again since starting the program!
Thank you! After getting home from the gym this evening, I realized I didnt have the urge to go to the bathroom multiple times during my workout which hasnt happened in a long time.
Thanks. Yes. The progress is lovely. I feel so much better in my nether regions since I’ve been doing the regular Bloom workouts again. I appreciate the chance for a 2nd round. I hope it drags on for a long time, as I don’t want to lose the advances I’ve made so far!!
Thank you, Erica! Yes, feeling things are going well, thank you! Noticing less episodes of leaking and even less amount with each episode. I am determined to keep going! I appreciate your support
