The Growth Project Manager is a critical role within Sword, and involves leading cross-functional initiatives by coordinating teams, aligning technical and business goals, and driving efficient project execution. It involves also developing scalable workflows, optimizing internal processes, and ensuring clear communication and accountability across stakeholders. This role sits at our Growth team, ensuring our growth initiatives are executed seamlessly and at scale.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead Cross-Functional Initiatives: Coordinate several teams to ensure timely execution and seamless collaboration across teams;
- Develop Scalable Workflows: Create and refine processes that enable faster, more effective collaboration among the relevant teams;
- Optimize Operational Efficiency: Optimize internal processes, aligning resources and ensuring cross-team execution efficiency;
- Align Technical & Business Needs: Work with engineering and other teams to help translate business goals into clear technical requirements, prioritizing features or tasks that have the most strategic impact, and making sure that all stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, are on the same page;
- Drive Cross-Team Collaboration: Serve as the go-to person for all teams involved in growth and engagement initiatives, clarifying objectives, setting realistic timelines, and holding stakeholders accountable;
- Keep Everyone Aligned: Facilitate regular updates, run stand-ups or check-ins, and maintain project trackers to keep leadership and team members informed of progress;
- Resolve Roadblocks Quickly: Take the initiative to remove obstacles, find creative solutions, and keep projects moving forward - even if it means rolling up your sleeves and doing the work yourself;
- Champion Member-Centric Mindset: Ensure that all initiatives are grounded in delivering value to members, empathizing with their needs and incorporating feedback into product and service improvements;
- Coordinate Engagement Campaigns: Oversee the end-to-end development of campaigns, collaborating closely with content, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
What you need to have:
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in marketing, operations, or growth;
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with a track record of coordinating diverse teams—engineering, product, marketing, etc. - to deliver complex projects on time;
- Project management expertise with familiarity in agile methodologies, sprint planning, and iterative execution;
- Strong project planning skills to manage multiple initiatives, timelines, and team resources effectively;
- Strong process management skills necessary for planning, monitoring, and optimizing workflows to ensure efficient and consistent achievement of organizational goals;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, including setting clear goals and holding teams accountable.
What we would love to see:
- Experience working in high-growth tech, healthcare, or SaaS environments;
- Experience and ability to manage complex initiatives across teams and functions;
- Experience in defining, implementing and adopting new processes, or changing existing ones with the aim of ensuring efficient and consistent achievement of organizational goals.

Total compensation range
€47,949 - €67,299 a year
Base: €33,863 - €53,213
Net equity value per year: €14,086
These compensation bands are just the starting point. Once someone joins and proves they’re outlier talent, we adjust quickly to ensure their compensation aligns with their impact.
Our job titles may span more than one career level. Actual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, location, market demand, and other factors. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base salary and any potential variable, bonus or sales incentives, and the Company’s estimation of the value of private company stock options, if applicable. The pay range is subject to change, future value of company stock options is not guaranteed, and compensation may be modified in the future.
