Sword is seeking a Technical Recruiter to support our company's growth. In this role, you will be responsible for helping to support hiring of exceptional talent for our Portugal, US and Brazil markets. <li>Review applicants and identify the best talent for hiring managers to screen and interview;</li><li>While not the primary focus, on occasion, you will source and identify passive talent and maintain consistent high-volume, quality, and diverse pipeline;</li><li>Work closely with business leaders and the Talent team to influence and deliver quality assessment and high touch candidate experience through all aspects of the recruitment funnel;</li><li>Maintain accurate and detailed documentation within our applicant tracking system (Lever).</li>

<li>3+ years of recruiting experience;</li><li>Experience hiring technical talent, and ideally in a fast-paced environment;</li><li>Strong verbal and written English skills.</li>
