Experience

Claire Kelly is a Senior Clinical Program Specialist, for Bloom at Sword Health, where she helps shape and strengthen the experience members receive with Bloom’s personalized AI Care programs. Claire’s background in women’s health is critically important in shaping how Bloom delivers personalized, accessible support for women navigating symptoms across adulthood, pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause.

At Bloom, Claire contributes to the development of care pathways, member experience, and clinical quality standards that help women access expert care with robust clinical guidance. Her perspective is grounded in both clinical treatment and operational leadership, which helps her understand how to make women feel supported with clear, practical, and effective care.

Claire has a strong belief that women deserve to feel heard, informed, and empowered, especially when dealing with symptoms that are often stigmatized, misunderstood, or brushed aside.

Education

Claire Kelly earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in 2017. She previously completed a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science at the University of Wisconsin–Madison in 2013.

Her academic background in movement science, function, and evidence-based care continues to shape how she approaches women’s health, clinical decision-making, and the design of effective care experiences.

Experience

Before joining Sword Health, Claire built her clinical and leadership foundation at Illinois Bone and Joint Institute, where she also served as Assistant Facility Manager overseeing clinic operations across multiple Chicago locations.

She pursued advanced training in women’s health through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute, specializing in pelvic floor rehabilitation and menopause care. This experience now shapes her work in designing and scaling personalized care models for women across every stage of life.

At Sword Health, Claire progressed from Physical Therapist to Clinical Specialist, then Senior Clinical Specialist for Bloom, and now serves as a Senior Clinical Program Specialist. In her current role, she contributes to the ongoing evolution of Bloom’s care model, helping expand access to expert, personalized pelvic care for women across every life stage.
